Can’t think of a title.

It was a kind of slow week at work. Been going home earlier than usual, and that’s fine with me. Really really fine with me. Hehe. We finished the project for the week last thursday and we had no work yesterday! 4-day weekend. Yay me! But 2 days has gone by, I haven’t done anything I was planning to do. Hehe

So I told you I bought 2 things from ebay. I actually bought more. Boo. Trying to get broke. I know I know, I’m spending too much. Gotta save. But you gotta understand me. I’m still in the “excited-that-I’m-earning-my-own-money” stage. I’ll get over it pretty soon. I hope. I need to. (Cause you know, I’ll stop working once I go back to school. :}) But yerp. Bought thingies. Not everything has arrived. Everything has arrived. Last one to arrive was the Da Vinci Code book. (I know. I’m a loser. You don’t have to shove it in my face. :belat:) I’m not happy spending all my moolah, but I’m quite happy with what I bought. :) I was supposed to show pictures of all the things I bought, but I changed my mind. Maybe I’ll show you 1 or 2 or 3. Hehe

But before that… New hostees. :)

New layout! Yay! After more than a month, I finally forced myself to finish a layout. Hehe. And this is the first pixel layout for me. Cause I don’t really have the patience to do this things. I did the Spongebob pixel weeks (maybe months?) ago. The rest, just last night and today. Gad. It took me forever to finish this thing (it’s not really finished yet. i still have things to edit and blah. but the layout itself is finished. i think). Plus I had to recode it and blah blah blah. My back+neck+eyes+butt are hurting already. Brr. Anyway, the layout was tested in Firefox and IE7 beta. I don’t know how it looks in lower IE versions. Hopefully it’s fine. If not, I’m totally gonna kill myself. Hehe. JK.

So what’s been up purples?

It’s been an Okay week for me. Spent the remaining $$$ in my bank account last Monday. Fortunately, today is payday so you know what I mean. I bought me 2 thingies in eBay early this week. Hope they work nicely. I dunno yet. They don’t arrive til May 23rd.

So there are only 3 of us at work right now, right? And I ranted about how it’s gonna be lonely at work. Surprisingly, it isn’t that bad. It isn’t even bad in my opinion. I mean, I’m not really the type who mingles with coworkers so I’m fine going through the day talking two only two people. Hehe. And besides, I like Jerry and Mary Ann. They’re really nice. :happy:

Speaking of work, Jerry is the General Manager.

Anyway, I’m working on a new layout for antukin. Well, uhm, I have small progress right now. Hehe. I have the time to go online for a few hours. But then, when I’m infront of the PC, I’m always sleepy cause I don’t get enough sleep on workdays. Well, even on days off. But, I’m still hoping to finish the layout ASAP. Although I think it won’t be good. hehe. So I wrote this part last night. And today was a fine day so I got into the mood and finished making the layout. Hoping I’ll still be in the mood tomorrow. Cause I want to make a nice layout for BubRushRotation. Plus I have a lot of plans for Antukin and the other domains. (Wushuuuu. Hehe.) Okay, so maybe not a lot, a few plans. Hehe. But hopefully atleast one or 2 of these plans come to life. :}

Joshiepoo knows how to walk! Yipee! Hehe. It’s the first time I saw him walk straight without falling down or anything. I was really excited to see him walk around. And now he’s all over the place. He’s always walking and dancing and walking and playing with the phone and walking. Hehe. But it’s just a joy to watch him do his thing. :}

Again… I forgot what I’m supposed to write about. Bah. I guess I better get some shut-eye now. Rest day tomorrow. See you round purples.

My dad copied the paycheck for me and I still have the upper part of the paycheck so I have a memory of my first ever paycheck. Hehe. :}

So, maybe you’re wondering why Nicole is broke again? Well well well. I bought a new camera. Yay me! :biggrin: (Boo says my pocket. :pirate:)

Finally, after three weeks of hard work, my first paycheck arrived! Yay! Hehe. :p I wasn’t really expecting a check cause I thought I was gonna receive the pay in my bank account. But apparently, they have to verify and blahblahblah first. So I was surprised to see what’s in the mailbox today. Yay yay yay! Hehe. First paycheck is totally special. So I’m planning to get it, erm, copied first. Haha. But I’m too shy to have it copied outside. And yea, we don’t have a scanner/copier here. Haha. But anyway, try try try. Bear with me guys. I know this is stupid. Haha. :p

The paycheck’s for two weeks minus all the tax. But I’m still happy with it. It feels good to know that you worked hard for the money you’re going to spend. I mean, it feels good to spend money that’s not really yours (e.g. money from dad/mom). But I’m happy that this time around, the smile on my face is not gonna leave a hole in my parents’ pocket. Right right? :}

Anuwee. I’ve been thinking of registering another domain. Just the domain. Not gonna buy new hosting plan or anything. But I’m still thinking about it. Blech.  (BTW, if ever I register another domain, I’m gonna keep this. That’s for sure.)

And hooray, maybe I can go out with ate Sarjie again soon? Brrr. I’m not able to set a date cause I only have two days off and Saturdays are ALWAYS the grocery day with the family and Sundays are almost always the sort of family day with my mom, ate, nephew and my brother-in-law. So I guess it will just depend on wether we have somewhere to go or something to do on Sundays. I don’t even get enough rest this days. Blech.
